Health & Performance coaching supports you to make sustainable diet, lifestyle, training and habit changes to optimise your health and performance, both on the sports field and in daily life.

Health and Performance Coaching encompasses the sciences of positive psychology, behaviour change, nutrition, exercise science, and lifestyle medicine with the dynamic art of relationships, teamwork, and community. 

In Health and Performance coaching, the focus is on guiding and assisting you to elicit and clarify your values and gain insights into your training and/or lifestyle practices, in order to develop a deeper understanding of the possibilities and pathways to the resolution of your health and/or performance challenges.

During each session, you’ll receive personalised coaching to work through the performance, wellbeing, and life issues most important to you. You’ll also receive feedback and tailored plans/advice on the areas that you want to improve.

Most people want to be healthy and perform at their best, but there is an enormous gap between those thoughts and the everyday reality of actually making it happen.
